Ibraham Dbouk obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business from California State University, Sacramento. After obtaining his degree, he attended Santa Clara University School of Law. During his time at Santa Clara University Mr. Dbouk was elected President of the Criminal Law Society, tutored first year law students, participated in the Honors Moot Court Competition, and competed on the Trial Team against other top tier schools nationwide. This allowed him to hone his trial advocacy skills at an early stage of his career. And in 2023, Mr. Dbouk accepted the prestigious “Adjunct Professor of Law” position at McGeorge School of Law coaching the Mock Trial Team.
As a criminal defense attorney, Mr. Dbouk has defended hundreds of clients charged with misdemeanors to serious and violent felonies – ranging from DUI, drug related offenses, resisting arrest, vehicular manslaughter, burglary, robbery, domestic violence, felony assaults, firearm and shooting related offenses, pimping and pandering and much more. Mr. Dbouk is familiar with local judges and prosecutors and has had plenty of success negotiating dismissals and achieving positive outcomes for his clients. In the chance that negotiations do not result in an advantageous resolution, Mr. Dbouk has successfully defended cases at jury trial where he has often received favorable verdicts for his clients.
